Avalon Park
Entry Fee: Required to get in the park or use boat ramp
Avalon Park is a beautiful lakeside retreat located on the south end of Lake Lavon. This wonderful park has plenty of trees for shade and open areas to enjoy a relaxing day on the lake.
There are covered picnic tables within the park. There is also a very nice boat ramp in the park.
Directions:
Located downlake west of the dam. Take Texas 78 east from Wylie, turn north on County Road 434, and turn left (west) on CR 384. Look for park on right.
